Simprolit system is innovative, unique and comprehensive system of environmental, energy-effective and thereby
economically very cost-effective construction of buildings, protected by 54 patents in Serbia, the Russian Federation and by
international patents.

Simprolit system contains a number of patents, certified and tested by using elements of the system, as follows:
o More than 25 types of blocks as permanently installed thermal soundproofing shirt (load-bearing, self-supporting,
partition, for ventilated facades, for the stone facade, thermal soundproofing…)
o Six types of thermal insulation plates and panels
o Four types of facilitated floor and roof plates, with a range from 8.0 to 15.0m; finely - ribbed, coffered, with hidden
capitals and on ribbed tin
o Thermo-insulated layer for floors levelling - instead of traditional cement shirt, some of which are lighter more than

100kg/m of floor (for the building of 8 floors, the replacement of only the cement screed provides the possibility of
upgrading another floor for the same dimensions of the base, rail and RC walls)
